location, staff and rooftop pool. Close to shopping and Asoke Station.

Starting to get tired in the rooms. Need renovations done in some rooms. My room was not to the standard i expected from past visits

Superb location, outstanding hospitality

The location is superb. Only like 5 mins away from Asok BTS Station that is also connected to the Sukhumvit Metro Station and Terminal 21 Asok. All staffs are super friendly and helpful during our stay. The unit that we stayed at (or maybe the whole hotel) is a bit old furnished, but facilities still work properly.

Not really related to the hotel, but the closest convenience store is right across the hotel and it’s challenging to cross the road.

Nice location at 5 minutes walk from MRT and BTS

Nice location at 5 minutes walk from MRT and BTS stations. 10 minutes walk also from Benchakitti Park. A 7 eleven just in front in case you need (I forgot my phone charger). There is a small pool on the rooftop with nice views on the area. The corner room was large enough and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. The overall price was reasonable.

The shower leaks water in all the bathroom floor.

Great location and staff.

Great location for exploring. Comfortable bed and pillows but you will need ear plugs if you are in a front room. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Photos online do not represent actual facilities. Pool area is in need of urgent repairs and updating. There is no bar lounge as depicted in photos. Gym is tiny and can only really accommodate 2 people at once. Very noisy if you are in a front facing room, bring ear plugs.

Wonderful

The room was clean and modern. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Close to the BTS SkyTrain and Terminal 21 Mall. There are lots of restaurants and eateries around. Great location!

Great location for the trains and shopping, staff were very friendly, food was very good... if you want something a little cheaper ... fantastic.. we are travelling for a month so we had to watch our cash... this place was perfect for us

Position is great, very closed to BTS Asoke, malls, Nana plaza, restaurants, cannabis store just downstairs, swimming pool is nice and with a nice view, staff is lovely, rooms are clean. I have been a week in this hotel and it was a nice stay. Thanks.

This is the place I will be coming back to

They have upgraded their WIFI. It was excellent in the day however was a little laggy in the night when all guests have returned I suppose. Nonetheless I was still able to upload my photos for the day. The service by the hotel staff was excellent. Gym is a small room but adequate for my purpose. They have a treadmill, cross trainer, cycling machine and lots of free weights. You can also go for an evening jog at a small park nearby. Very convenient location, just a 5 min walk to Asoke, an interchange for both the skytrain and subway. Lots of eating places and shopping nearby at Terminal 21.

Shower head was pretty old and leaking but at least there was hot water. Laminate on the vanity top had peeled off and one bath towel was slightly stained. Not sure if it was the TV or the reception but TV images were fuzzy...

Great hotel in a great location. The staff could be a bit more friendly, though.

A very nice hotel with perfect rooms, really high standards and a central location.

There was something about the staff that made us feel out-of-place. The vibe you're getting out of the hotel is: "we expect businessmen, not travellers in flip-flops". When we arrived, they struggled to find our reservation and we needed to keep convincing them that we had indeed booked the room.

Good location with awesome staff

I liked the rooftop pool area a lot... mostly because it wasn't really busy and I always had a spot to lay out. Location is decent as the main metro station is just a short walk up the street and the Terminal 21 just across from there. The price you're paying for the location and the facilities is quite good too. The staff is the best part here for sure. They are really on the ball and make sure you're taken care of. Aiw in the lobby is a standout for me as I felt she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as nice as possible.

This hotel is pretty clean but is getting tired looking. Lots of dings in the wood and floors having stains etc on them. It's clean but just needs an overhaul but that will obviously cost a lot of $$$. I would assume this place looked amazing 10 years ago.

I thought I paid when I book the hotel room on online, However It wasn't. I brought my check card that can be used in only ATM. I did not bring my credit card just in case I lose it. So I had to pay 6days and 5nights of hotel fee by cash at the front on the day I arrive which was quite confusing and annoyed. It should be clearly stated in Booking.com that customers are asked to pay at the hotel.

Great location with comfortable beds!

This is a standard corporate hotel, but the location is excellent. It's about a two minute walk from Asok station, which is a very central BTS stop. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable and you're guaranteed to get a good night's sleep here. The roof pool is also not bad.

The TV emits an annoying blue light when turned off, so you need to unplug this if you're sensitive to light while you're sleeping. The decor is also terrible, but if you don't care about that, everything else outweighs it.

Overall an excellent Hotel and I will stay here again on my return to Bangkok

Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean full of light and great amenities, walking distance to shopping district, night district, bars and restraints. Overall excellent location an excellent hotel.

Hard or impossible for limousine or large cars to enter the front of the hotel, you are left out of your car on a quite a busy road in front of the hotel by the drivers who will not enter the hotel grounds.

Great location

Location was brilliant, a few minutes walk to the SkyTrain and Terminal 21 - 7/11 across the road. The bed so comfy and breakfast was great too. Very friendly staff, great start to our holiday.

Great location, comfortable and good for business travelers.

The location for the hotel and the comfort is great. Close to the BTS Skytrain, convenient for getting to restaurants and heading off the meetings. Comfortable rooms as well.

Breakfast options have not changed for a couple years. Would be good to see some more variety introduced.

Good location but not worth for the money

The location

The gym is tiny. Most of the equipments are old. The treadmill can only be used for walking. Running doesn’t work properly. All lights and air conditioning can only be controlled from a single remote control, which is mounted next to the bed. This is annoying especially in the evening. If you don’t sleep next to the remote control you either walk around the bed to turn on the lights on or you wake up your partner to do it for you.

It’s a great location near the Asok station, Terminal 21...

It’s a great location near the Asok station, Terminal 21 mall and nightlife areas. It’s a great location for getting around BKK quickly. I was upgraded and had a really large room with separate bathroom with bath and separate shower. Breakfast buffet was good, decent selection and quality was fine. Would recommend overall for value and location.

It’s not in amazing condition - it won’t wow you like the 5 star offerings in BKK but like said earlier is a great choice if priority is value for money and location.
